Rusty Apper is a musician, composer and filmmaker, born and bred in Southampton, England.

After starting out as an actor/stuntman and branding out into his love of music, spending many years on the road in bands as a drummer and singer, Apper always stayed busy working consistently in the film and music industry. After a string of successful indie horror films and a career as a blues/rock Singer/Songwriter, it was inevitable the two worlds would meet, resulting in a long tenure as a successful film composer.

A self proclaimed ‘jack of all trades’ or ‘renaissance man’, his experience includes his own rock show that ran for eight years on the radio, as well as a slew of solo albums and published works. Rusty continues to stay active within the UK arts scene, also dabbling in graphic design and media production.
