We Go On (2017)

Film Review

By the Geezer of Oz

“Miles Grissom offers $30,000 to the first person who can prove to him that we go on after death.” (IMDb)

I accidentally came across this film and, as I had no previous knowledge of it, there were no real expectations.

Turns out it’s more supernatural drama, but still qualifies within the horror genre. It does have the feel of a TV movie but ended up being an interesting film that was better than I thought it would be.

An above average indie flick that is probably worth your time. Starring Clark Freeman (YellowBrickRoad) with special appearances by veterans Annette O’toole (Cat People, It 1990) and John Glover (Scrooged, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Robocop 2, Ed and His Dead Mother, In the Mouth of Madness). Co-directed by Jesse Holland and Andy Mitton (YellowBrickRoad).

6/10.
