Ombis 2: Alien Awakening Project!
Indie filmmaker Adam Steigert (The Horrific Evil Monsters, Fang, A Grim Becoming, Prisoners of the Dead) recently announced his next project to be a sequel to 2013’s sci-fi/horror indie cult hit Ombis: Alien Invasion. The Sequel, titled Ombis 2: Alien Awakening, is scheduled for a 2025 release and the team has been hard at work, getting everything ready for production.
Adam, along with 388 Studios Releasing partners, co-producer Christopher Burns Jr. and co-producer/co-writer (and wife), Kristin Steigert, have been hard at work, fine-tuning the recently completed script as well as going through an intense casting process, which introduces some new faces along with bringing back some much-familiar faces from Ombis.
As recently as yesterday, an agreement was reached for MyIndie Productions to join the project, with very own Founder/CEO and indie filmmaker in his own right, Itai Guberman joining the project as Producer!
The Steigerts, Burns Jr. and 388 have joined forces with Guberman and MyIndie in the past on another project, A Grim Mini-Series: Final Fracture, which proved to be a successful collaboration, so all are very excited and looking forward to working together again on another production!

In addition to Adam and Itai, the project also includes a couple of other MyIndie featured artists, who are involved as part of the cast in actor/filmmaker Gregory Blair cast as Dr. Hackman and indie filmmaker Todd E. Braley in a voiceover role. We eagerly await to see the result of this awesome project, led by what is clearly a winning team!
